Senior Endpoint Engineer (PowerShell & MDM)

About the role

Auxis' ITO division is looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer who loves PowerShell and enjoys architecting device lifecycles. The role takes ownership of complex migrations and security baselines, acts as the Tier 3 escalation point, drives automation and secures the device fleet. It is based on the Connecta 26 corporate office in Bogotá, with a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, including configuration profiles and compliance policies
• Manage SCCM / MECM, covering OSD, application packaging and co-management
• Handle identity and security: Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR)
• Build advanced PowerShell scripts and use Power Automate to automate device management
• Act as the Tier 3 escalation point and support clients directly

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint environments
• Advanced English, as you will face clients directly
• Bonus points for Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator certifications or MDM experience with macOS and mobile devices
