Senior Finance & Accounting Manager – Operations (BPO)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to lead operations for manufacturing clients within a BPO environment. The role combines operational oversight, analytical support, and tactical problem‑solving to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Finance & Accounting processes (Source‑to‑Pay, Contract‑to‑Cash, Record‑to‑Report) for manufacturing clients across the Americas.
• Drive transformation initiatives using digital tools, analytics, and process re‑engineering.
• Manage client relationships to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements, key performance indicators and internal controls.
• Mentor and lead a geographically dispersed team of managers and associates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support business development and solutioning for new opportunities in the manufacturing vertical.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in Finance & Accounting operations and in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes and challenges.
• Track record of client management, transformation delivery and team leadership.
• Experience in consulting, BPO or shared services environments.
• Fluency in English and intermediate Spanish.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology or certification.
