About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Auditor to join its Global Audit & Assurance (GA&A) team in Bogotá, Colombia. The role involves executing a dynamic, risk‑based audit plan across J&J affiliates, supporting both domestic and international operations, and traveling as required.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute risk‑based reviews, SOX audits, and specialized audit engagements.
- Assess control risk, define audit scope, and manage timelines.
- Collaborate with affiliate, regional, and corporate management, as well as external auditors.
- Lead sub‑project teams to improve audit processes and customer service.
- Maintain strong partnerships across compliance functions and support departmental goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in financial audit, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Ability to work independently and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
