Senior Finance & Pricing Analyst – Digital Services

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a commercially‑driven Senior Finance & Pricing Analyst to join the Digital Business Unit in the Americas. You will translate technical architecture into competitive pricing structures, build financial models, and support the growth of digital transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Build deal‑level pricing models by converting technical solution inputs and operational estimates into accurate financial models and margin analyses.
• Prepare executive presentations with pricing summaries, sensitivity charts, and recommendation decks for leadership review.
• Perform scenario modeling, including financial sensitivity analyses, break‑even calculations, and triage of incoming deal requests.
• Apply cost benchmarks for labor, equipment, and facility overhead to ensure effective pricing of custom deals and change requests.
• Analyze performance metrics such as discounting trends, concession logs, and operational throughput to identify margin and price growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategic pricing, deal desk, or similar roles within digital services, B2B, or tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and advanced financial modeling of complex technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets financial modeling.
• Proficiency with G Suite/Slides for creating professional presentations.
