Senior Financial Analyst – Global Transformation (MT Transcend)

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will join the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Controlling team to support the Global Transformation MT Transcend initiative. Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, the role provides financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering across a multi‑year transformation of supply‑chain digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts, and actuals for the transformation program.
• Produce regular management reports and dashboards to track performance against targets.
• Partner with Finance Managers and business owners to identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive financial discipline.
• Support the integration of 40+ ERP systems into a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.
• Assist in month‑end close activities and ensure accurate accounting of transformation expenses.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Several years of experience in financial analysis or controlling within a large, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of ERP environments and supply‑chain finance.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
