Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (Solution Architecture)

About the role

Coforge is hiring a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer focused on solution architecture, working remotely. The role combines cloud-native SaaS application design with autonomous AI agents built on LangGraph and RAG pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement performant, resilient and scalable cloud-native SaaS applications using microservice architectures, owning technical decisions across application, data, infrastructure and deployment layers.
• Build autonomous AI agents using LangGraph and advanced Graph-RAG pipelines, integrating engineering tools, simulators, databases, knowledge graphs and other enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop high-performance, low-latency Python services with FastAPI and architect cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible.
• Partner with engineering, product, sales, customer and domain teams to guide architectural decisions, document solution architectures and deliver reliable solutions while maintaining code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, production-grade applications with microservices.
• Experience with AI/ML and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI, and with autonomous agents, RAG solutions and AI systems with safeguards for accuracy and traceability.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, and with specification-driven development (SDD).
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to influence technical and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in one or more of Node.js, Python or React.
• Preferred: hands-on React UI development, high-performance APIs with Python and FastAPI, and prior software development experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
