Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

Carepod, a premium home wellness brand, is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Senior HR Manager to lead and evolve its People function across a growing global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute People initiatives aligned with company priorities, including organizational structure, workforce planning, and team development.
• Own and continuously improve the performance management framework, guiding managers through goal setting, feedback, reviews, and development conversations.
• Serve as senior HR partner for complex employee matters, advising on relations, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and employee experience.
• Support compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, internal equity reviews, and career path development.
• Own and improve HR policies, handbooks, and compliance, partnering with legal counsel and external vendors as needed.
• Partner with People Operations to enhance onboarding, off‑boarding, and overall HR processes, identifying opportunities to simplify and automate workflows.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HRBP, People Partner, or HR Manager.
• Proven experience owning strategic HR initiatives in fast‑moving or growing organizations.
• Strong employee‑relations and manager‑coaching background.
• Hands‑on experience with performance management, organizational development, compensation, and career development.
• Experience supporting distributed, remote, or international teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and judgment handling confidential matters.
