About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Information Security Operations Analyst to expand its Identity Access Management (IAM) services. The role focuses on automating access processes, improving data-driven decisions, and supporting the "access as an enabler" strategy across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Support and enhance existing IAM systems and workflows.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline identity provisioning.
- Integrate users and applications from mergers and acquisitions into the IAM platform.
- Implement security controls for both human and non‑human identities.
- Analyze access data to answer business questions and influence access policies.
Required profile
- Passionate about the customer experience journey and highly motivated.
- Intellectually curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to envision future IAM solutions.
