Senior Key Account Manager – Grupo Éxito

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Senior Key Account Manager responsible for the strategic partnership with Grupo Éxito in Colombia. You will lead commercial relationships, drive growth, and ensure profitable execution of joint business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with Grupo Éxito decision‑makers.
• Define and execute a growth strategy that aligns Mondelēz and the customer’s objectives.
• Deliver and monitor the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP) to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional calendars, and trade terms.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management to guarantee flawless in‑store execution.
• Analyze market data and translate insights into actionable commercial plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or modern trade sales within the CPG/FMCG sector, preferably with experience at Grupo Éxito.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and market share in modern trade accounts in Colombia.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills at a senior level.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
