Senior Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to run the content engine behind Moj Mahdara’s brands. This remote‑first, hands‑on position transforms founder conversations, podcasts and ideas into social‑first assets such as Reels, TikToks, carousels and Substack posts.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video and social content: write hooks, script, select clips and publish finished posts.
• Plan and execute influencer and talent campaigns from concept through launch.
• Write in Moj’s voice for Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn, captions, decks and outreach copy.
• Convert podcasts, events and meetings into platform‑specific native content.
• Own the content calendar in Notion and brief designers and video editors.
• Track performance, spot trends early and adjust content strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years in social, content or influencer marketing, preferably with talent, entertainment, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Social‑native creator who has produced short‑form content that performed well.
• Strong English writer capable of adopting another voice without sounding AI‑generated.
• Daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, AI video tools) with personal judgment shaping final output.
• Organized, self‑directed and comfortable with Notion, Canva or Figma.
• Available for at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time (9 am–1 pm PT).
