Senior NetSuite Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

Quorum Software, a technology and professional services company focused on business workflows for the energy industry, is looking for a Senior NetSuite Developer in Bogota, Colombia, on a hybrid model. The successful candidate will develop, customize and maintain the company's NetSuite ERP system, leading technical projects from conception to implementation and using AI tools to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy customizations, SuiteScript scripts (1.0, 2.0 and 2.1), workflows and new functionality
• Optimize NetSuite performance and scalability, and implement integrations with other systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets and other tools
• Leverage AI/ML APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude) to extend NetSuite functionality
• Customize and maintain forms, fields, records and workflows, and provide ongoing support and administration
• Troubleshoot system issues and lead technical projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing and deployment
• Collaborate with business analysts and system administrators, mentor junior developers and train end users
• Keep up with NetSuite updates and propose improvements, including AI-powered automation and agent-based workflows

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• At least 5 years of NetSuite experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead developer role
• Fluent English, written and spoken; background checks, onboarding medical and Colombian professional card (if applicable) required
• No visa sponsorship offered; candidates must hold valid work eligibility in Colombia

Required skills

• SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.1) and SuiteFlow
• SuiteTalk, RESTlets and other integration methods
• JavaScript, SQL and web technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Familiarity with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)
• Experience integrating AI/ML APIs and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor
• Preferred: NetSuite certifications, accounting knowledge, ARM module experience, and familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks
