Senior Programmatic Strategist

About the role

WITHIN is seeking a hands‑on Senior Programmatic Strategist to support a key client’s programmatic and digital commerce initiatives. Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, you will own day‑to‑day execution in The Trade Desk and other demand‑side platforms, monitor performance, and translate campaign data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and additional DSPs.
• Translate campaign objectives into audience, inventory, budget, bidding, and measurement strategies in partnership with the Programmatic Manager.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance; investigate issues and implement timely optimizations.
• Conduct quality checks on campaign setup, tracking, and reporting before and after launch.
• Analyze results, develop tests, and communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and the client.
• Coordinate execution with cross‑functional partners to keep client work on schedule and aligned with objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience running programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and at least one other DSP.
• Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, optimize, and report on live campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying, pacing, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing client accounts in a fast‑moving team environment.
• Clear communication skills and sound judgment when explaining performance and next steps.
• Availability to work onsite at a WITHIN LATAM office in Bogota, Colombia.
