Senior React Developer

About the role

Altimetrik, a digital business enablement company, is looking for a Senior React Developer with strong expertise in React and TypeScript to build scalable, intuitive and reliable digital experiences. The role combines technical excellence, product thinking, UX judgment and end-to-end ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance the agent, admin and borrower portals.
• Develop intuitive interfaces for complex, data-intensive financial information.
• Solve advanced frontend challenges involving application state, complex forms, data tables and API integrations.
• Collaborate directly with Product and Design to define and implement new features.
• Maintain and extend the shared component library, design tokens and reusable UI patterns.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs using OpenAPI-generated types and data-fetching hooks.
• Take end-to-end ownership of frontend features and product areas, including their long-term evolution.
• Improve frontend architecture, automated testing, build tools and developer experience.
• Provide technical guidance, unblock other engineers and contribute to decisions beyond individual sprints.
• Use AI and agentic coding tools while keeping full ownership of code quality, security and maintainability.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience building production-grade frontend applications.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product and UX/UI Design teams, and shaping user experiences beyond predefined designs.
• Ability to take ownership of a product area and make sustainable, long-term technical decisions.
• Experience working in small, autonomous and collaborative teams; strong communication skills and advanced English.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Application state management, complex forms, data-heavy interfaces and REST API integrations.
• Reusable UI components, component libraries or design systems.
• Automated testing and frontend quality practices.
• Practical experience with current AI and agentic coding tools, and critical review of AI-generated code.
