Senior Software Engineer – Rust Backend

About the role

Join the Pro team building the trading backend for one of the world’s longest‑standing crypto platforms. You will design and implement high‑performance Rust services that power trading, payments, and crypto experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Rust services and libraries with a focus on reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate on large‑scale distributed system architecture, translating product requirements into low‑latency solutions.
• Debug issues across the full stack (OS, network, application) and take end‑to‑end ownership of critical systems.
• Mentor other engineers and help shape the technical culture.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably building financial‑trading products.
• Security‑first mindset and ability to design robust, safe systems.
• Strong autonomy in troubleshooting complex stack issues.
• Effective collaboration with product teams to gather requirements.
