Senior Specialist, Campaigns & Promotions

About the role

Support the reliable execution and continuous improvement of digital commerce campaigns, promotions, content and operational workflows across Latin America. This early‑career position blends hands‑on eCommerce support with data analysis, process documentation and the practical use of approved AI and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, schedule, quality‑check and launch digital campaigns and promotions on website and app experiences.
• Maintain content updates across homepages, campaign pages, category and product‑listing pages, and checkout‑related content.
• Track campaign, promotion, voucher and workload data, identify trends and prepare visual summaries for decision‑making.
• Use approved generative AI and productivity tools to accelerate research, documentation, quality checks and routine analysis.
• Document processes, support user‑acceptance testing and log incidents for technical teams.

Required profile

• Curiosity, learning agility and a growth mindset; comfortable using AI tools responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and analytical problem‑solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Collaborative approach with confidence to ask questions when requirements are unclear.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar analytics tools.
• Basic familiarity with low‑code/no‑code automation, SQL, Python, APIs or workflow tools.
• Experience supporting websites, apps, campaigns, promotions or content management.
