Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract (Americas)

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract will lead the Americas Service Delivery Procurement function, ensuring efficient sourcing, contracting and compliance for Global Services and One Procurement initiatives. You will work closely with category teams, legal, IT and business partners to drive value and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate with a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Manage day‑to‑day S2C operations, including sourcing events, price negotiations, contract drafting, execution and stakeholder management.
• Drive continuous improvement of user experience, efficiency and automation, acting as product owner for S2C tools and AI features.
• Partner with Category Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT and Security to align sourcing with strategy, data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4‑6 years of procurement, finance or related business experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills; adaptable and learning‑agile.
• Fluency in English required; Portuguese preferred for the supported region.
