Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

Riveron is seeking a senior talent acquisition professional based in Colombia to partner with U.S. and Colombia business leaders. You will design and execute recruiting strategies that support both immediate hiring needs and long‑term growth across multiple practice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver recruiting strategies aligned with practice needs and firm growth goals.
• Lead senior‑level and specialized searches, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time hires.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using talent intelligence, sourcing techniques, and technology tools.
• Manage recruiting systems, data integrity, reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Coach and develop junior talent acquisition team members.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a matrixed or professional services environment.
• Proven success recruiting for advisory and consulting roles such as FP&A, Data & Analytics, and Technology Enablement.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+), with experience partnering with U.S. stakeholders.
• Ability to meet KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, candidates added to ATS, and hires per year.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS and recruiting platforms (e.g., Ashby, Noon AI).
• Proficiency in Excel and/or PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using sourcing tools, AI‑powered recruiting solutions, and automation platforms.
