Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to create impactful digital experiences for a major multinational tobacco client. You will work on direct‑to‑consumer digital ecosystems, shaping both top‑of‑funnel attraction pages and bottom‑of‑funnel conversion flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design website updates, new pages and layouts from brief to hand‑off for desktop and mobile.
• Map and improve user journeys within the assigned funnel stage to reduce drop‑off.
• Use analytics, user research and A/B test data to inform design decisions.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI in Figma, extending design systems as needed.
• Collaborate with developers, strategists, copywriters and product owners to deliver seamless experiences.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards while considering SEO and performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of visual design experience with a strong digital portfolio.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and present to senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable designing for the tobacco category and data‑driven conversion metrics.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto‑layout and design‑system management.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS feasibility.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility principles.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation and analytics.
