Social Media Content Specialist

About the role

We are a growing marketing agency seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to create and manage short‑form video and visual content for a variety of client brands. This fully remote, full‑time position is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and other short‑form platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit engaging short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create and publish Instagram Stories and daily social posts.
• Perform light photo editing and basic graphic adjustments.
• Write on‑brand captions tailored to each client’s voice.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms and manage content calendars.
• Track performance, prepare monthly reports with insights, and stay updated on trends.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience creating or managing social media content for businesses.
• Strong video editing skills and basic photo‑editing ability.
• Excellent writing skills with adaptability to different brand voices.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
• Effective virtual communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Video editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
• Photo/graphic tools: Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom or similar.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Metricool or other scheduling platforms.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook short‑form best practices.
