Social Media Manager (AI Influencer)

About the role

TradeQuo, an international FinTech company in the online trading industry, is looking for a consultant Social Media Manager (AI Influencer) to build and scale a network of AI-generated virtual influencers across multiple countries, languages and social media platforms. The role combines AI-generated content production, social media management, video editing and audience growth, and reports to the Head of Department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent AI influencer personas, including appearance, voice, personality, backstory and tone.
• Build and scale a network of AI influencers across key regions, including Asia, Latin America and MENA.
• Produce short-form and long-form AI-generated video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Create AI voices, audio, lip-sync and multilingual dubbing for localized content.
• Generate AI visuals while keeping character consistency across content.
• Set up and manage social media accounts on Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube and others.
• Develop content calendars, publishing schedules, community engagement strategies and audience growth initiatives.
• Adapt scripts, hooks and creative concepts to local languages and cultural nuances.
• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, leads and conversions, and optimize content accordingly.
• Maintain brand guidelines and comply with disclosure, compliance and advertising requirements.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience producing AI-generated video, image, voice and audio content.
• Experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling or HeyGen; AI image tools such as Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo or Stable Diffusion; and AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs.
• Familiarity with AI content and scripting tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong video editing skills with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
• Understanding of short-form video formats, social media algorithms, content hooks and viral trends.
• Ability to write effective prompts, evaluate AI outputs and iterate quickly.
• A portfolio of AI-generated content, virtual influencers or AI-driven video projects.
• Strong written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Creative, proactive and self-directed, comfortable with rapidly evolving AI technologies.
