Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of a fast‑growing healthcare organization that connects international patients with premium medical services in Colombia. This hands‑on role focuses on producing high‑quality visual and written content that showcases patient journeys, provider expertise, and the overall travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Capture on‑site photos and videos, including patient testimonials, before‑and‑after transformations, provider interviews, and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Produce lifestyle and travel‑related content that highlights accommodations, local attractions, and treatment journeys.
• Leverage AI tools for copywriting, image generation, video enhancement, motion graphics, and voice‑over creation.
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy in fluent English for a U.S. audience.
• Edit short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) following current trends.
• Maintain a content calendar, monitor comments and direct messages, and forward qualified leads.
• Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, audience growth, and lead generation.
• Coordinate consent and filming schedules with patients.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of proven social‑media management experience, preferably in a business, brand, or healthcare setting.
• Strong storytelling ability and up‑to‑date knowledge of platform‑specific trends.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of independent project management.

Required skills

• Video editing with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Use of AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or comparable platforms.
