Solution Architect – Contract Lifecycle Management

About the role

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. You will work remotely from Colombia, collaborating with AI‑focused teams to integrate Salesforce, AWS, and emerging generative AI technologies into client workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader for customers, overseeing solution quality and day‑to‑day engagement performance.
• Drive innovation in solution delivery, enterprise methodology, and reusable assets.
• Provide executive‑level business consulting, pre‑sales support, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Partner with sales on consulting and pre‑sales activities.
• Advise customers on solution trade‑offs, considering business processes, architecture, and IT operating models.
• Promote NeuraFlash’s brand, contribute to leadership initiatives, and evangelize CLM within the community.
• Maintain relevant CLM certifications and stay current with Salesforce and related technologies.
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.

Required profile

• 8+ implementations of Ironclad, Salesforce Contracts, Conga CLM, Docusign CLM, or IAM.
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect with one or more of the above CLM platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in solution selling and consulting.
• Ability to quickly learn new CLM or Salesforce software.
