Sourcer – US Manufacturing & GTM Sales Talent

About the role

Kelly is seeking a detail‑oriented Sourcer to build pipelines for manufacturing and Go‑To‑Market sales positions in the U.S. market. The role is based in Medellín and works as part of a global recruiting team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outbound sourcing strategies to identify, engage and pipeline U.S. candidates for manufacturing, GTM sales and technical roles.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective sourcing plans.
• Craft personalized outreach to U.S. candidates and maintain high‑volume sourcing activity.
• Track pipeline activity, ensure ATS accuracy and report on sourcing performance and market insights.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant sourcing experience supporting the U.S. market.
• Professional English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience sourcing for manufacturing and GTM sales positions.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with U.S.‑based stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed and other major job boards.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools to build and maintain pipelines.
