About the role
Join Diageo’s SparkLight Interns Program 2027, a 12‑month hybrid internship based in Bogotá (with a supply opportunity in Cartagena). You will work on real projects across strategic areas such as Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply, HR, and more, gaining regional exposure and mentorship.
Required profile
- Current university student in Business Administration, Law, International Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Marketing, Logistics or related fields.
- Eligible and authorized by your university to complete a professional internship.
- Available for a 12‑month internship starting January 2027.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and a curiosity about technology.
- Strong curiosity, eagerness to learn and ask “Why?”.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Bogotá (or Cartagena for Supply).
