Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze our vetted candidate pool and staff IT business opportunities. This remote position bridges Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully handle and fill openings, select candidates, and meet deadlines.
• Review and filter the pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
• Maintain and clean job openings to keep them up to date.
• Communicate with clients, Client Services, and Sales throughout the vetting process.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
