Strategic Finance Manager

About the role

Addi is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to own strategic financial business partnering across its marketplace, sales, marketing and new‑product initiatives. You will bring finance rigor to pricing, renegotiations and product launches, restoring finance’s seat at the table.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑establish active finance coverage for Marketplace reporting and decision‑support within the first 90 days.
• Design and document the merchant business‑partnering workflow (pricing, renegotiations, new deals) with clear SLA targets.
• Lead financial modeling and reporting for all new product launches as the named finance lead.
• Take ownership of marketing spend and ROI analysis end‑to‑end within the first quarter.

Required profile

• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate strategy or strategy consulting with strong business‑partnering experience.
• Proven ability to translate commercial decisions into P&L and unit‑economics impact.
• Experience in high‑growth environments, preferably fintech, lending or marketplace businesses.
• Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings.

• SQL (strong plus)
