Supply Chain & Procurement Analyst

About the role

The client is looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain & Procurement Analyst to support the External Manufacturing Procurement team in Bogota. You will manage procurement systems, purchase orders, supplier payments and month‑end financial activities to ensure accurate and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance procurement and financial systems such as SAP, Planisware and Pendulum.
• Update finished‑goods pricing across all required platforms and validate pricing data.
• Oversee supplier invoice processing, resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Create, review and manage purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Support month‑end close by validating data, reconciling PO prices, and preparing performance scorecards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
