Talent Acquisition Expert

About the role

A Talent Acquisition expert is needed in Bogotá, Colombia, on an indefinite term contract. The role covers sourcing, screening and managing the full recruitment process for professional and operational roles, with a focus on building a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing active and passive candidates through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and other recruitment channels
• Screening candidates so their qualifications match the position requirements
• Managing applicant tracking, candidate records and the candidate experience in line with recruitment policies
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment for professional and operational roles
• Maintaining a proactive talent pipeline and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
• Applying creative sourcing strategies and advanced search techniques to attract top talent

Required profile

• Degree or student status in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, selection, sourcing and profile assessment
• Experience recruiting across different business functions is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is highly desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills, self-motivated and organized
