About the role

The Senior Auditor in Talent Acquisition will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of recruitment audits across the organization. Working remotely, you will handle complex, high‑impact cases and help shape audit standards that improve hiring processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact recruitment audits.
• Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls to standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related audit roles.
• Proven track record auditing senior, specialized, and high‑volume recruitment positions.
• Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating junior auditors.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
