Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

AssureSoft is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers, attract top talent, and support the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and other roles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and review job descriptions.
• Develop and revise job specifications and advertisements.
• Identify effective recruiting methods and post ads in appropriate digital and print media.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Maintain communication with candidates regarding application status.
• Build presence in the technical community, attend job fairs and industry conferences, and manage company booths.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or human resources field.
• Minimum two years of recruiting experience, preferably with technical roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of technology, technical roles, recruiting best practices, and employment laws.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
