Team Manager – Sales

About the role

Sutherland is hiring a Team Manager for its sales function in Bogotá. The manager sets the path to success by managing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members, understand their needs, resolve issues and meet expectations.
• Develop effective strategies based on accurate data reports, analysis and observations that can impact the bottom line.
• Identify the training needs of staff so they acquire the fundamental skills and knowledge required.
• Understand the system tools and operational procedures used in the program.
• Work regularly with stakeholders on promotions and updates.
• Ensure process compliance and adherence across team members, partners and third-party providers.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience as a Team Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor in the BPO industry, directly managing and leading teams.
• Experience in sales operations within a BPO or contact center environment.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and results-driven leader committed to sales excellence and team success.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills: interpreting data, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
