Technical Operations Engineer

About the role

Trustonic is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to keep its global platform running smoothly. You will ensure device testing, certification, provisioning and customer service requests are completed quickly, accurately and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Execute mobile device testing and certification, create and maintain customer accounts and OEM tenant setups.
• Process short, low‑complexity customer service requests within agreed SLAs and follow operational checklists and runbooks.
• Adopt and test new automated workflows, scripts and GenAI tools, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs and contribute to Knowledge‑Centred Support practices.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams, handling requests via Zendesk and JIRA.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented problem solver comfortable following technical instructions and runbooks.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Willingness to speak up on issues and suggest improvements.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of SaaS or cloud‑based platforms and APIs.
• Scripting knowledge in Bash and/or Python.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or JIRA.
• Familiarity with mobile technologies and device testing.
