Technical Project Manager

About the role

International Banking Technology & Transformation (IBTT) is a centralized program management office that supports integration and divestiture initiatives across the bank. As a Technical Project Manager you will lead diverse technology projects, collaborate with global teams and provide best‑in‑class project management expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complex, multi‑team projects, coordinating internal groups and external vendors.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business managers to prioritize requirements, issues and deliverables.
• Plan end‑to‑end design of processes and projects involving architecture, security, networking and cloud infrastructure.
• Work with developers and application owners to define technical requirements, manage dependencies and ensure release readiness.
• Provide technical advice, develop roadmaps and evaluate new technologies within your domain.
• Lead and motivate high‑performing project teams and influence decisions impacting financial results.
• Run steering committee meetings with directors and senior managers.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, escalating as needed, and manage project budgets and roadmaps.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager handling large, complex projects with significant infrastructure components, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record managing high/medium‑complexity projects, risks and budgets up to $5 million.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Preferred certifications: PMP and/or Scrum Master (CSM).
