Acerca del puesto

En Ecar buscamos un telefonista para nuestro Call Center en Cali, con enfoque en ventas y sector farmacéutico.

Responsabilidades principales

Cumplir el presupuesto de ventas asignado.
Atender llamadas y gestionar procesos de telemercadeo.

Perfil requerido

Técnico o tecnólogo en ventas o gestión comercial.
Experiencia en telemercadeo o áreas afines.

Habilidades requeridas

Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
Fluidez verbal y empatía.
