TikTok Shop Account Manager (Remote, Long-Term Contract)

About the role

A US-based e-commerce agency that manages TikTok Shop growth for consumer brands is looking for a senior TikTok Shop Account Manager. The role owns client accounts end to end, from shop operations and listings through promotions, affiliates and ads, and acts as the main point of contact for each brand. It is a senior, client-facing position, full-time (40 hours per week) and remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full TikTok Shop performance for multiple client brands, covering shop operations, listings, promotions, affiliates and ads
• Run regular video calls with clients: present results, set GMV goals and agree on growth plans
• Build and run growth strategies, including affiliate and creator programs, campaigns, GMV Max and live shopping
• Turn performance data (GMV, conversion rate, affiliate output, ad efficiency) into clear recommendations for clients
• Spot early problems such as shop health issues, policy violations or declining performance and propose fixes
• Coordinate internally with the team on content, creators and ads, and keep up with TikTok Shop platform changes

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts (Seller Center, Affiliate Center)
• 4+ years in client-facing account management, ideally at an agency managing several accounts at once
• Proven track record of growing GMV for TikTok Shop brands
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 or above); able to lead client calls independently
• Confident and natural on camera and video calls; strong command of performance data and reporting
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) aligned with the US timezone
• Nice to have: GMV Max or TikTok Ads, live shopping, Amazon or Shopify, and experience with US-based brands
