Training Program Lead

About the role

Factored is seeking a highly organized Training Program Lead to plan, execute, and optimise its training and development initiatives. This fully remote role supports both virtual and occasional in‑person sessions, ensuring smooth operations and high‑impact learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee end‑to‑end execution of training programs, bootcamps and workshops.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training schedules, materials and documentation.
• Coordinate with facilitators, instructors and stakeholders to meet program goals.
• Collect and organise training content, participant resources and learning assessments.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to adapt materials for different teams and skill levels.
• Track attendance, engagement and feedback, and report on participation and impact metrics.
• Oversee logistics for virtual and in‑person training, including session setup, tools, recordings and certificates.
• Develop standardized processes and playbooks for repeatable training operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management or project coordination.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required skills

• Experience with project‑management tools such as Monday, Trello or Notion.
