About the role
A multinational company in the telecommunications and BPO customer service sector, growing in Colombia, is hiring a Transport Executive in Bogota. The role supports the Assistant Manager - Administration and Facilities in day-to-day operations, helping them meet business plan objectives within time limits, quality specifications and the organization's budget.
Key responsibilities
- Daily transportation operations management
- Vendor performance and relationship management
- Transportation financial management and cost control
- Data analytics and continuous improvement
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in administration facilities and logistics
- Experience in an operations environment or supporting leadership teams
- Exposure to reporting metrics and workforce coordination
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to work any schedule, including weekends
- English at B2+ level
