Treasury Analyst

About the role

AJC International, a global leader in frozen and refrigerated food products, is looking for a Treasury Analyst to support its global treasury operations across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. The role covers international cash management, foreign exchange risk management, liquidity planning, treasury reporting and financial operations in a fast-paced environment, with growth opportunities in treasury, finance and global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Cash management: execute daily cash positioning, electronic payments and bank reconciliations, and support global liquidity planning
• Corporate credit facilities and debt activity, and prepare treasury journal entries and supporting documentation
• Work with accounting teams on bank and cash inquiries, and maintain treasury documentation for internal controls and audits
• FX hedging: execute hedging transactions and settlements, monitor positions, prepare FX exposure reports and evaluate hedging alternatives
• Report daily, weekly, monthly and annual treasury and finance reports, and support forecasting, cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial analysis
• Support treasury technology, automation and data analytics initiatives, and identify process improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; university-level accounting coursework preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, banking or related fields preferred
• Fluent English, speaking, reading and writing
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities and confidential information

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
• SAP, Oracle or Business Central is a plus
• Treasury management systems, financial reporting tools or automation platforms are a plus
• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions, translations or hedging is preferred
