About the role
Revolut is seeking a Treasury Manager to strengthen the financial stability of its Colombian operations. You will manage liquidity, funding and risk while ensuring compliance with the company’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Support the launch of new features in Colombia and execute operational processes for the Colombian bank’s treasury function.
- Monitor daily cash movements, oversee risk positions, and ensure compliance with risk appetite.
- Develop deep understanding of day‑to‑day operational processes using fintech and banking technology.
- Enhance processes, reporting and procedures to optimise treasury operations.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in a treasury role within a Colombian bank.
- 3+ years of experience trading/hedging in the FX market.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to break down problems quickly.
