US Recruitment Resourcer – Real Estate & Property

About the role

Remotee, through its sister company Recruit Sync, is looking for an experienced US Recruitment Resourcer to build a candidate pipeline for a US‑based agency specialising in white‑collar Real Estate, Property, Facilities and Construction recruitment. The role is full‑time remote, based in LATAM, working US Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and cold calling to build a new pipeline from scratch.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Bullhorn and track pipeline activity.
• Screen, qualify and prepare candidate summaries for the client, ensuring cultural fit.
• Post and manage job advertisements using Idibu and other job board tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a recruitment resourcer, researcher or 180/360 support role, preferably in Real Estate, Property, Facilities, Construction or related sectors.
• Experience recruiting permanent placements in the US market, with knowledge of US benefits and geography.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work US Pacific Time hours.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple open roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bullhorn, Idibu, LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo.
• High‑volume outbound sourcing via LinkedIn connects and cold calling.
• Use of AI tools to improve sourcing and workflow efficiency.
