Vendor Onboarding Analyst

About the role

ScotiaGBS is looking for a Vendor Onboarding Analyst to manage the end‑to‑end process of external technology contractor services. The role ensures timely onboarding, accurate financial information, and compliance with Scotiabank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full contractor lifecycle from recruitment to off‑boarding, ensuring data accuracy and service continuity.
• Prepare operational and financial reports on contractor activity, cost tracking, vendor performance, and SLA compliance.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Apply risk and compliance standards, including AML/ATF and conduct risk, in daily activities.

Required profile

• Last semester or degree in administration, economics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in operational roles focused on process execution, vendor support, and financial reporting.
• Fluent English (B1+/B2) and strong Spanish communication skills.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
