Video Editor & Creative Specialist

About the role

RECODemand is a fast-growing marketing company that helps real estate agents and mortgage professionals in North America grow their businesses through webinar marketing. It is looking for a creative Video Editor & Creative Fulfillment Specialist to join its Fulfillment Team. The role combines video editing, presentation design and creative production, working closely with the Fulfillment and Client Success teams to build professional webinar presentations and edit engaging video content.

Key responsibilities

• Edit professional video content for client webinars, presentations and marketing materials, improving quality with transitions, graphics, audio and visual effects.
• Edit and refine prerecorded webinar presentations while keeping RECODemand's branding and quality standards consistent.
• Create visually engaging PowerPoint, Google Slides and Canva presentations tailored to each client's branding and audience.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers on client projects, manage several creative projects at once and implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Identify ways to improve creative processes and production workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic or presentation design.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, working with a team and handling multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English; Spanish is an asset.

Required skills

• Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Presentations in Canva, Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Preferred: webinar presentation experience, familiarity with real estate, mortgage or digital marketing, AI creative tools, and knowledge of Zoom, GoHighLevel or other webinar platforms.
