Remote Young Professional Recruiter

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Young Professional Recruiter and start your career in talent acquisition. You will work remotely, supporting end‑to‑end hiring processes for a variety of technical and non‑technical positions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening and coordinating interviews.
• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing platforms.
