Account Executive – Global Remote (Uncapped Commissions)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Account Executive to join Magic’s global sales team. Working fully remote, you will own a steady flow of warm inbound leads and guide prospects from discovery through closing and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 50+ warm inbound leads each month, conducting 2–8 discovery calls daily.
• Run 15+ quality discovery calls per week with C‑level and director‑level prospects.
• Own the full sales cycle – from initial contact to contract signing and client onboarding.
• Maintain a clean pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring next steps are always set.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly quota and seek ways to improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, customer success, account management or outbound prospecting.
• Strong closing instincts, grit and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort interacting with senior decision‑makers and managing a high‑volume pipeline.
