Inside Sales Executive – Remote, Global (Uncapped Commissions)

About the role

Magic is looking for a remote Inside Sales Executive to serve U.S. clients. You will work with 50+ warm inbound leads each month—no cold‑calling or list‑building required. Your persistence and ability to handle rejection will turn these leads into closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery call through close and onboarding handoff.
• Uncover prospect pain points, establish urgency, and match the right Magic product.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline with discipline and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with Support and Operations to ensure strong client start‑up and satisfaction.
• Apply coaching feedback quickly and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, B2C closing, or BPO sales with U.S. client exposure.
• Comfortable making 2–8 discovery calls daily and delivering 15+ quality calls per week with C‑level or Director‑level prospects.
• Demonstrated ability to treat “not now” as a future win and maintain a clean, actionable pipeline.
