Account Manager

About the role

Hireframe is a remote staffing company that partners with US‑based startups and growth‑stage businesses. As an Account Manager you will own a portfolio of 20+ active client accounts, ensuring their retention, satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly client syncs: set agenda, run calls, capture action items and uncover future needs.
• Monitor account health, identify risk signals early and drive proactive retention strategies.
• Lead expansion conversations when clients are ready to grow.
• Coordinate with recruiting teams on active placements, acting as the client’s primary point of accountability.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date account data, notes and next steps.
• Escalate issues to leadership when necessary while making informed decisions for clients and Hireframe.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in account management, client success or a client‑facing role with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Background in startup or high‑growth environments, comfortable working with founders and lean teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to engage US‑based clients.
• Availability to work during US business hours.
• Highly coachable, growth‑oriented and proactive in communication.
• Strong goal‑oriented mindset with ability to track performance and own retention/expansion metrics.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
