Agentic AI Developer – Senior Full‑Stack LLM Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of agentic conversational experiences powered by large language models. The role will serve as the technical reference for the team, make key architectural decisions and mentor junior developers in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows using LangGraph, applying state management, control flow, routing and fallback patterns for complex multi‑step processes.
• Create structured, version‑controlled prompt templates with defined variables and output formats, ensuring privacy best practices.
• Architect multi‑repository solutions that clearly separate declarative configuration from runtime logic, with well‑defined contracts and schemas between components.
• Integrate agentic systems via APIs and MCP, guaranteeing interoperability and compliance with A2A standards.
• Evaluate model outputs for quality and consistency using established tools and evaluation schemes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed agentic solutions into existing systems and pipelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with advances in LLMs, agentic frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI‑driven conversational solutions.
• Strong background in software architecture and multi‑repo project organisation.
• Ability to work autonomously and guide technical decisions across teams.
