Apprentice HR Assistant – Human Resources

About the role

SAMY, a global brand communication agency, is hiring an apprentice for its Human Resources team in Bogotá, Colombia. The role supports the HR team in administrative and operational tasks, including recruitment, employee experience, onboarding, internal communications and HR initiatives, within a hybrid arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new employees.
• Support the organization and maintenance of employee files and HR databases.
• Help with internal communications and employee engagement activities.
• Support the coordination of company events, celebrations and internal initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and help track employee requests.
• Support other HR activities and projects as required.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a technical or technological program in Human Resources Management, Human Talent Management or a related field.
• Eligible to complete a professional internship (práctica) as part of the academic program.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
