Associate Principal Engineer, Delivery

About the role

Nagarro is seeking an experienced Associate Principal Engineer to lead delivery of complex IT projects. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams, driving technology‑enabled business transformation and ensuring projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver large‑scale, enterprise‑level projects using Agile methodologies.
• Apply project management frameworks such as PMBOK or PRINCE2 and tailor them to specific project needs.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with broader business strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience successfully delivering complex IT projects.
• Proven ability to work with distributed stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Continuous learning mindset with passion for industry trends.
