AWS Technical Architect

About the role

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is seeking an AWS Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of Amazon Connect‑based contact center solutions. You will work remotely from Colombia, collaborating with customers and internal experts to drive AI‑powered transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits to evaluate ROI and outcomes for moving to the AWS Connect platform.
• Facilitate business process reviews to capture customer requirements.
• Educate customers on AWS value propositions and lead deep architectural discussions.
• Lead discovery workshops, build ROI models, and deliver presentations and estimates.
• Translate requirements into contact‑center designs using best practices and AWS services.
• Mentor technical teams to deliver Salesforce and AWS cloud solutions on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts clearly.
• Drive best‑practice contact‑center design across all solution deliveries.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS solutions.
• Strong ability to assess technology, calculate ROI, and guide customers through cloud migration.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Leadership experience mentoring technical teams and managing project expectations.
